At Safe Space Therapy & Consulting, I believe therapy should be a place where you can be honest about what’s happening beneath the surface—not just a place to manage the next crisis.

I provide individualized, trauma therapy for women navigating the emotional impact of trauma, relationships, military life, life transitions, and the patterns that can develop when you’ve spent years adapting, coping, and taking care of others.

Our work is collaborative and tailored to your experiences, goals, and needs. Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck, build greater awareness of your patterns and emotional needs, and develop practical strategies to help you move forward with greater clarity, connection, and intention.

Ways to Work With Me

  • Individual Therapy | Areas of Focus

    For women ages 18+

Individual therapy provides a confidential, supportive space to explore the experiences, relationships, emotions, and patterns that are affecting your life.

I work with women navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, military life, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and the impact of long-standing patterns such as overfunctioning, people-pleasing, and difficulty prioritizing their own needs.

Together, we’ll identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical, individualized strategies to help you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in your life. Ready to create some space for yourself?

  • Groups & Community

Healing doesn't always have to happen one-on-one.

Safe Space is expanding beyond individual therapy to create intentional spaces for women to connect, reflect, and grow alongside others who understand the experience of carrying too much for too long.

Upcoming groups will focus on topics such as survival patterns, emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, stress, and reconnecting with yourself outside of your responsibilities.

    Current offering:
Out of Survival Mode — a 4-week group for women ready to explore what it means to move beyond simply getting through the day.
